Tofu Spinach Lasagna

Tofu Spinach Lasagna

1/2 (or less) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 26oz jar garden Spagetti sauce
1/2 package 15oz Extra Firm Tofu, mashed
1 lb. fresh spinach washed and chopped
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. dried basil
Parmesan / Romano cheese

Cook noodles. Mix all ingredients except sauce, noodles & parmesann.
Layer in a square cake pan - sauce, noodles, tofu mix, sauce - end with noodles then sauce & top with parmesan.

30 minutes at 350 degrees.
