Ewww! That video is awful! Why not just a picture - it actually has to be a moving spider. Ack! *Cringe*

For an example of how awful spiders can be - Look at this:

Ah yes, the world's most poisonous spider...worse so than the infamous black widow. That thing will ruin anyone's day.

The interesting thing is that it looks very reminiscent to the common wolf spider found frequently in our area. Heck, there could be one of those crawling around your bedroom floor right now!

Did you know that humans unknowingly swallow an average of four live spiders during sleep each year?

... For those who manage to obtain one of these Brazillian Wandering Spiders! ... They must be kidding? I'd spray it with a fire extinguisher first, or something.

Also, for those of you who have had spiders as pets - *Blazer*... how could you stand it? I can't even fathom wanting to have a spider in the house - what if it gets out of the cage? Yea, I'd want that fella in the bed with me - Ack! Snakes are in the same category. I think I could handle pretty much any other pet (except for maybe a resident bear).

I was talking to the guys at work today - and they said that they sometimes let spiders live in their house to kill other bugs! Can you imagine? I'd rather deal with an occasional fly.
It is especially comforting to know that we occasionally swallow a friendly little guy... hmm, lovely.

Ernie normally keeps the spider population down for me - so that's good for me! (less spider swallowing fun) :-p

I have had a couple of wolf spiders this year, and though I would have liked to save the lives of the spiders (because they are creatures after all) they were simply just to close...
